Graduate students

We welcome master's and doctoral students interested in slope disasters, geotechnical experiments, numerical modelling, remote sensing or data-driven risk assessment. International applicants should contact us well before the application period of the Risk and Resilience Engineering degree program at the University of Tsukuba.

Through our international partners in Malaysia, Norway, Taiwan, the United States and Vietnam, students have opportunities to work with researchers abroad.

Visiting researchers and postdocs

Joint experiments at the Large-Scale Rainfall Experiment Facility and visiting stays are possible. Please write with a short CV, your research interests and possible funding sources (for example JSPS fellowships).
